BICHENO & SWANSEA | FULL TIME
Housekeeping Supervisor
$36 per hour Monday to Friday, weekends and public holidays penalty rates + superannuation & company vehicle
Be the last set of eyes before our guests arrive. You’ll inspect our homes, fix what you can on the spot and make sure every property is right before it’s welcoming our guests.
Pre arrival inspections across our Bicheno region homes (including Hamptons on the Bay in Swansea, and Numie in Coles Bay)
Training and coaching of our housekeeping team
Issues and maintenance flagged, minor maintenance fixed
Take pride in every detail, from crisp linen to finishing touches
BICHENO OR ST HELENS | CASUAL
Social Media Assistant
Award rates, flexible hours, around 10 hours per week
Help bring our homes on the East Coast to life online, working along side our Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Editing and creating content for our online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)
Scheduling posts
Keeping our content library in order
Managing individual property social media accounts, including content creation, audience management and statistics reporting

Laundry Assistant
Award rates, casual position generally from 11:30am til 2:30pm daily.
Take ownership of our Bicheno linen room - make sure that every set is clean, pressed and complete, and that the right linen reaches the right home.
Washing, ironing and folding custom linen for specific high end homes
Flagging stained or damaged linen for our owners
Stock counts for consumables and putting away linen orders, in liaison with our Operations Coordinator

Prepare some of the East Coast’s most beautiful homes for our guests. You’ll be part of a friendly local team that takes real pride in getting the details right.
Cleaning and preparing holiday homes between guest stays
Making beds with quality linen and setting up each home to our presentation standards
Restocking guest amenities and consumables
Reporting maintenance issues or damage using our app
Full training provided, so experience is welcome but not essential
Drivers licence and own car required
