A grand entry with tasteful furnishings welcome you as you enter The Residence. The home branches to two wings, distinct with sleep & play quarters. Bedroom 1 | Master suite, with King bed, couch facing the ocean, and luxurious ensuite with walk in shower. Individual air conditioning unit (heating and cooling). Bedroom 2 | Master suite, with King bed, couch facing the ocean, and luxurious ensuite with walk in shower. Study desk with lamp. Individual air conditioning unit. Bedroom 3 | Either 2 king single beds, or 1 King bed, with a wall mounted heater. Luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is the heart of the home, and all kitchenware and is provided so you can enjoy cooking a meal in this delightful home. With an open plan design, the kitchen is inclusive and spacious - offering the Chef and family the opportunity to congregate together. The dining room is the place to integrate, seating up to eight guests, The lounge room to the left of the kitchen is again, open plan. Two large, comfortable couches frame the space, with a wall mounted flat-screen tv and surround sound stereo system. The laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer, as well as a large bench and laundry sink. A barbeque area is the perfect place to grill up your fresh Tasmanian produce, then relax and unwind by the firepit of a night - listen to the roaring ocean...

~ CARETAKERS COTTAGE ~

A little bit wild, a little bit wonderful, and very easy to settle into. The newly renovated Caretakers Cottage at Hamptons on the Bay is made for slow mornings, salty air and long afternoons spent watching the ocean roll past. With four bedrooms, each with a king size bed, there’s room for up to eight guests to spread out properly. It’s a rare kind of setup that works just as well for four couples as it does for families or a group of friends escaping to the coast. At the heart of the home is a large, well equipped kitchen made for shared breakfasts, grazing platters and dinners that somehow stretch well into the evening. Throw open the bifold doors and the living space spills onto a huge deck, where sweeping ocean and cliff views do most of the decorating. Find a sunny spot with a coffee, settle in with a glass of wine, or simply sit and watch the weather move across the water. When the Tasmanian air turns crisp, the little pot belly fireplace brings the cottage into its own — warm, cosy and just the place to retreat after a day spent exploring. There are two bathrooms, along with a washing machine and dryer, so longer stays and road trips are comfortably covered too. The Caretakers Cottage sits beautifully within the Hamptons on the Bay property, giving you a peaceful place to return to while keeping some of the East Coast's best adventures within easy reach. Hamptons on the Bay is also home to a Main Residence (3 bed, 3 bath) and 7 cabins. Spend a day exploring Freycinet and the landscapes around Wineglass Bay, or head south for a day trip to Maria Island. Then come home, kick off your shoes, open the doors to the deck and let the ocean take over again.

~ CABINS ~
The cabins are simple in design yet comfortable and functional, perfect for couples looking to explore the area. The 1–2 bedroom cabins are appointed with bathrooms featuring a shower and vanity, and a kitchenette equipped with basic cooking facilities.
