Hear the waves from the house, then follow your private path through the garden to the water’s edge. Walk the beach into Binalong Bay or explore the Bay of Fires coastline. With a king bed, travertine bathroom, full kitchen, flat access, beautiful gardens and complete privacy, it’s an effortless place to slow down by the sea.
This is absolute beachfront living, just not in the way you might expect. From the house, the natural dune and coastal shrubbery shelter you from the weather and passing beachgoers, creating a wonderfully private little pocket by the sea. You’ll hear the waves from inside, but the ocean itself stays hidden until you follow your private path through the garden and emerge at the water’s edge.
From here, days are wonderfully simple. Turn left and follow the coastal track through the Bay of Fires, wandering past white sand, clear water and the coastline’s famous granite boulders. Turn right and stroll along the beach into Binalong Bay, stopping at The Hub for a pizza over lunch or dinner before wandering home along the sand.
Inside, Los Gaviotas is calm, comfortable and beautifully considered. The accommodation is entirely on the ground floor with flat access throughout, making arrival and everyday living effortless. The bedroom features a king bed, while the beautiful travertine bathroom has a generous walk-in shower and a relaxed, understated feel.
The full kitchen has everything you need to properly settle in, including full-size appliances, gas cooking, a dishwasher and coffee pod machine. There’s also a washer/dryer for longer stays, while established gardens and a secure electric gate add to the privacy of the property.
The upstairs level is not included in the accommodation and remains completely unoccupied whenever guests are staying, so you’ll have the peace and privacy of the property to yourselves.
Wake to the sound of the ocean beyond the dunes, make a coffee and wander barefoot down your private path to the beach. Swim, explore the coastline, walk into Binalong Bay or simply disappear back behind the dune and enjoy the quiet of the garden.
